Colorado USA, Interesting Places To Visit, Part 1
If you would like to enjoy the Colorado outdoors then go to Stagecoach State Park. It is located in Green Yampa Valley South of Steamboat Springs and is surrounded by 780 acres of full service marina.

Picnic Rock State Park provides facilities to access the from the park. North East of Fort Collins it is located along the river Cache la Poudre. This tiny park is actually a stopping point foe kayakers and whitewater rafters. With its natural and fine sandy edges it facilitates its visitors with bass fishing and water skiing. New boat ramp makes the lake accessible to all watercraft.

You bring your own food and spend the day fishing and enjoy the spectacular canyon. Its indoor trails are too good for hiking, fabulous boating and fishing. The family atmosphere here makes the park an ideal picnic destination.

With its red rock outcroppings Roxborough State Park is the most beautiful and dramatic park in the state of Colorado. Located in South West of Denver it has a spectacular rock formation and is ecologically located between the mountains and plains.

Roxborough has lots of wildlife like black bear, mountain lion, elk, mule deer, raccoons and coyote. You can also find golden eagles that are hunting small mammals, snakes and birds.

The Willow creek trail is a 1.25 miles of loop with lots of wildflowers. The summit of Carpenters Peek is a point where you can see the whole forest in all directions. Biking, pets and horse riding are not allowed.

Several ponds wait for you in 14,000 acres of Golden Gate Canyon State Park, offering you good trout fishing. A view from the Panorama Point is simply spectacular. This gorgeous area is accessible to all who love biking, hiking, horse riding, mountain biking, camping and picnicking. Lots of weddings and celebrations have taken place at Panorama Point for its fantastic view.

Just minutes from Fort Collins are the Lory State Park with its fabulous scenery. A perfect weekend getaway from the hustle and bustle of the city. It also offers you mountain biking, horse riding, hiking, hay or buggy wagon.

Campsites are available with no electricity or water at these sites and they are along the Timber Trail as well which is about 2.5 miles long. No outside fires are allowed and it is open for the whole year.

Visitors are welcome to Trinidad State Park to explore Nature's beauty. 900 acres of water is a lure for people who love water sports, wind surfing and water skiing. Hikers can explore the mountain branch of the historic Santa Fe Trail.
